New Registration Software, Tiered Pricing, and Winter Registration
New Registration Software Launches 12/8
Accord Center will be launching its new registration software from CampSite on December 8. At this point, parents will be invited to create their accounts. Links will be sent out to all families and will also be found here. This new software will enable families to register for multiple programs at once and easily, access all registration and financial information whenever they need it, see updated photos of their children during programs, and much more. It will also allow staff to track attendance, medical records, financial reports, and more.
Account setup should take no more than 5 minutes. Click here to set up family account.
The first registration experience will be a bit longer since medical and other information will also be collected during this time. Other than adding updates to this information, this will only need to be done once.
Further directions will be found on the actual registration software site.
And despite our exhaustive efforts to foresee any problems, we ask for your patience during this launch. In the end, it should be a huge improvement over past registration experiences.
Tiered Pricing Starts for All 2026 Programs
We have always strived to make programming accessible to all. In order to increase accessibility to all families, we are introducing tiered pricing, which allows families and participants to choose the price that works best for them. Tiered pricing is voluntary, and families choose the tier that best suits their financial situation.
There are 3 tiers: A, B, and C.
Tier B is the basic cost for the programming and is what you would have seen before tiered pricing.
Tier A is 15% above Tier B and enables families to give back to the programs and further increase accessibility.
Tier C is 15% below the basic cost of Tier B.
Winter Registration Starts 12/11
We are very excited to bring back all of our fall social programs, activities, and clubs, and fitness and movement programs this winter, starting the week of January 5. In addition, we are offering many exciting new opportunities. These include Cooking, World Building with Minecraft and Legos, Cozy Gaming Club, Chess Club, Nature Exploration, Pokemon Club, Crafting, and more.
All look for more about our Finding Your Spark with Kara Cella and our Teen Budgeting workshop series.
Finally, there will be a February Break set of programs and a special event coming in March.
We can’t wait to see everyone back and enjoying being with each other!
